Expedient and economical solutions were needed to improve two sides of a resurfaced building that was once an old dress factory.

In order to maintain the architectural integrity of the original building, brick and terra cotta details from the two unaffected sides were reproduced in paint on the new surfaces.

Additional classical architectural elements, sculpture and a 50-foot-tall entrance arch were designed to enhance an otherwise unremarkable structure.
